1. Controller

Fourexo Entertainment GmbH, Bamberger Str. 24a, 01187 Dresden, Germany, represented by managing director Dipl. Ing. (BA) Ron Sucker. Please send privacy enquiries to ron@fourexo.com.

2. Website hosting

This website presents our studio, games and digital projects. It uses a server administered by our managing director and provided by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The company operates this website and is its controller.

When you visit, your IP address, requested address and technical HTTP connection information are transmitted to the server. This processing delivers the pages and supports secure operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure company website. The website cannot be delivered without the technical information required for the connection.

The dedicated webserver configuration for this website does not retain its own access or error logs. Connection information needed to deliver a page is processed while handling the request. STRATO also processes technical infrastructure and operational data under its hosting terms. Its processing and subprocessor terms are available in the STRATO data processing agreement. Under the STRATO terms, agreed processing generally takes place in the EU or European Economic Area. Where transfers to other countries are necessary to provide the service, the terms provide safeguards under Article 44 et seq. GDPR. Account and contract retention periods in those terms are not website visitor log retention periods.

3. Cookies and external resources

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising services, browser application storage, external fonts, contact forms or embedded videos. Images and styles are served by our own webserver.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message and other information you provide to handle your enquiry. For contractual and pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries it is Article 6(1)(f), reflecting our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

We use Google Workspace for business email. Google and its service providers process messages sent through this service. Processing may also take place outside the EU or European Economic Area, including in the United States. The Google data processing terms provide safeguards for relevant international transfers, including EU standard contractual clauses where applicable; a copy is available through the following link. The Google Workspace data processing terms describe processing and possible international transfers. We do not use your contact details for newsletters or advertising lists.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract. Where legal retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further retention, correspondence is retained for those purposes and deleted afterwards.

5. Links to other websites

Game store links are ordinary outbound links. You visit the respective platform only after following a link. Its operator is responsible for processing on that platform, and its privacy notice applies.

6. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw any consent you have given for future processing.

You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner. Please use the contact address above for requests about your rights.

7. BabyPhone Cam

This notice covers the studio website. BabyPhone Cam has not been publicly released. Its separate app privacy notice will be provided before the app is released.
